Hong Kong is Closing All Schools Due to New Corona Infections
Hong Kong will close all schools from Monday as a result of new corona infections in the metropolis.
Most educational institutions have been closed since February following the outbreak of the dreaded virus coming from China.
Those that are still open must also close the doors of the authorities on Monday. Thursday was the second day in a row that the number of infections has increased again.
42 new cases were identified on that day.
The autonomous metropolis of approximately 7.5 million inhabitants has only detected a total of 1366 cases since the end of January.
Seven patients died, and 1176 patients have now been cured.
