Apple Considers Price Increase for New iPhones

Apple is considering raising the prices for the new iPhone models released later this year. This is reported by the business newspaper The Wall Street Journal, which is based on insiders.
The tech company will attribute any price increases to new smartphone features. In doing so, the company wants to prevent the higher prices from being attributed to the American import duties on goods from China.
Apple wants to import most of the iPhones it sells in the United States from India by the end of next year. In doing so, the company is accelerating the production shift from China to other countries to limit the risks of tariffs and geopolitical tensions.
However, the more expensive iPhone versions, such as the Pro and Pro Max models, will be produced in China.
