British PM Boris Johnson: No Extension to the Transition Period after Brexit
The UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson maintains the current transitional period of time which he agreed upon using the European Union within his Brexit package. The British will keep the EU on 31 January next season.
The move time period within the deal operates until December 2020.
The period of time are able to be extended by another 2 yrs. This means that when the British Home of Commons approves the offer, the EU rules will still apply to the British until a minimum of the conclusion of 2020.
Nonetheless, these are no more able to take part in EU decisions after January 31.
“The federal government is not going to expand the transition time period,” stated Johnson spokesperson these days. “The perfect minister thinks there will be a great deal with the European Union at the end of 2020.”
