Denmark Expels 15 Russian Spies
Denmark expels 15 Russian diplomats after reports of mass graves and killed civilians in the Ukrainian town of Bucha.
According to Foreign Minister Jeppe Kofod, the diplomats are spies. Moscow said it would retaliate.
Many western countries have taken a similar measure before. For example, Germany dismissed forty Russian diplomats on Monday and France about 35.
Last week European countries already decided to expel diplomats from Russia for suspected espionage activities.
According to France, the evictions are part of a European initiative. Moscow usually repays such measures in the same coin.
