Police Arrested Suspected Serial Killer Homeless in Barcelona
A man suspected of murdering at least three homeless people in Barcelona was arrested Tuesday, police said.
He was arrested in Sant Cugat del Valles on the outskirts of the coastal Mediterranean city just hours after a homeless person was found murdered in the centre, Catalonia regional police said in a statement.
The body showed signs of violent death and was found “in the same area where other homeless people were found in recent weeks,” added a corps spokeswoman.
The man had serious head injuries, just like the other suspected victims.
