Trump: Report on Kim Jong-un Sickness is Incorrect
US President Donald Trump doubts the news is accurate that North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has recently faced severe health problems.
He said that at a press conference on Thursday.
I think the report was incorrect, and Trump said of the announcement earlier this week. The President of the United States did not want to tell if he had contact with the authorities in North Korea.
Trump had said on Tuesday that he might do that.
The two leaders have been in regular contact in recent years. They also met three times in 2018 and 2019.
“We have a good relationship with North Korea, I have a good relationship with Kim Jong-un, and I hope he’s okay,” said Trump.
