Five employees of the team who have to listen to the recordings say they get to see the coordinates of the location where the record was made.

There are no signs that Amazon employees attempted to visit the address of Alexa users.

Amazon stated in a response that “access to internal programs is strictly controlled,

 and that employees can only access certain data if it is needed to improve Amazon’s services.”
