The transfer of power in the United States to the new government of President-elect Joe Biden can officially begin.
This is what Emily Murphy, the head of the General Services Administration, wrote in a letter, according to news channel CNN.
That federal government agency refused to recognize Biden’s election victory until recently, leaving the Democrat unable to access federal government resources.
